Compose an email to hello@fitbalance.hu with subject line 'Előfizetés lemondása' (Subscription Cancellation). Include your full name, registered email address, and a clear request to cancel your subscription/registration and stop any future charges.
Request written confirmation
In your email, explicitly ask for a written confirmation of the cancellation and the effective cancellation date.
Check your inbox for confirmation
Wait for a reply from FitBalance confirming your cancellation. If no reply within 2–3 business days, follow up or also email sales@fitbalance.hu.
Verify no further charges
After receiving confirmation, monitor your bank/card statement to ensure no further charges are made. If charges continue, contact your bank to dispute them.
