Review your service contract
Locate your G4S Secure Solutions service agreement and review the cancellation clause. Note your contract end date, required notice period (typically 30–90 days depending on contract type), and any early termination or cancellation fees that may apply.
Gather your account details
Collect your Account Number, service address, and the name of the primary account holder. These will be required when you contact G4S to initiate cancellation.
Contact G4S customer service by phone
Call G4S Secure Solutions USA at 1-800-275-8305 (business hours). State that you wish to cancel your service contract. For UK customers, call +44 371 664 0300. Have your account number and contract details ready.
Submit written cancellation notice
G4S requires written notice of cancellation. Send a cancellation letter or email to your assigned account manager or to info.secureintegration@usa.g4s.com (USA) specifying your account number, service address, and desired cancellation date. Written notice is required to start the notice period clock.
Confirm notice period and any fees
