Yes. After cancellation your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. The exact expiration date is shown on the confirmation screen after you cancel.

Will I receive a refund for the unused portion of my subscription?

Polsat Box Go does not refund partial billing periods for standard cancellations. However, if you cancel within 14 days of first subscribing (the statutory withdrawal period for online contracts in Poland), you are entitled to a full refund and they must process it within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement.

Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

Yes. You can resume the subscription at any time by going to 'Moje dostępy' and clicking 'Przedłuż' (Extend) next to the package.

What if I subscribed through Plus or T-Mobile?

If your Polsat Box Go Plus package was purchased as part of a Plus or T-Mobile bundle, you must contact that operator directly to cancel. The 'Zrezygnuj' button on the Polsat Box Go website will display instructions pointing you to your carrier after you click it.

Log in to Polsat Box Go

Go to polsatboxgo.pl and log in to your account using your email and password.

Open 'Moje dostępy'

After logging in, navigate to the 'Moje dostępy' (My Access) section from your account menu. This lists all your active subscriptions and packages.

Find the Plus package

Locate the 'Polsat Box Go Plus' package in the list of active subscriptions.

Click 'Zrezygnuj'

Click the 'Zrezygnuj' (Cancel/Resign) button next to the Plus package. Note: if your subscription was purchased through an operator such as Plus or T-Mobile, instructions will appear directing you to contact that provider instead — cancellation through the Polsat Box Go website will not be available in that case.

Confirm cancellation

A confirmation prompt will appear. Click 'OK' to confirm you wish to stop the recurring subscription.

Check remaining access date

A final screen displays 'do kiedy jest jeszcze ważny pakiet' (the date until which access remains valid). Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Receive confirmation

Cancellation confirmation is sent via email or SMS. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few hours.
