Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). After that, the account automatically downgrades to the free Lite plan, which includes 1 calendar sync, 1 Habit, 1 Scheduling Link, 1 Smart Meeting, a 1-week scheduling range, and unlimited Tasks.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Monthly plans are non-refundable. Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rata refund (approximately 11/12 of the fee, minus transaction fees and taxes) only if requested within 30 days of the initial purchase. After 30 days, no refund is issued but you retain access for the remainder of the annual period. Contact Reclaim support to request a refund.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. Log back into app.reclaim.ai and resubscribe at any time. Your account data, tasks, and settings are preserved on the free Lite plan so nothing is lost between cancellation and reactivation.

What happens to the calendar events Reclaim created?

Reclaim-created events (Habits, Focus Time blocks, Smart Meetings, Buffers) are NOT automatically removed when you cancel — they remain on your calendar. They are only cleaned up if you fully delete your account (which takes up to 1 hour to process). If you cancel without deleting, plan to manually remove these events.

How do I fully delete my Reclaim account and all data?

Go to your profile → 'Manage my account' → 'Delete your account' → confirm with 'Delete account'. This permanently deletes all your data and removes Reclaim-created calendar events within about 1 hour. Important: cancel your paid subscription first before deleting, or billing may continue on team plans. Do not revoke access via Google Security settings directly — always use the in-app deletion flow.

Does 'Pause Scheduling' stop my billing?

No. The Pause Scheduling option (found in Account Settings → Manage My Account) only stops Reclaim from managing your calendar — it does not pause or reduce your billing. To stop being charged, you must cancel your plan through the Billing page.

Sign in to Reclaim.ai

Go to app.reclaim.ai and sign in. You must be the account owner or admin — regular team members cannot cancel the subscription.

Open Billing settings

Click your profile photo in the top-right corner, then select 'Billing' from the dropdown menu.

Click 'Add seats / change plan'

On the Billing & Team page, click the 'Add seats / change plan' button to open the plan management screen.

Click 'Cancel plan'

Click the 'Cancel plan' button, which is located under the free/lite plan section on the plan selection screen.

Click 'Proceed to Cancel'

A confirmation screen will appear showing features you will lose. Click 'Proceed to Cancel' to continue. A 30% discount offer for the first year may appear here as a retention offer — skip it if you want to cancel.

Complete the feedback survey

Answer the short cancellation reason survey (a few multiple-choice questions about why you are leaving).

Confirm cancellation

Submit the survey to finalize the cancellation. Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which the account downgrades to the free Lite plan.
