Log in to ÜgyfélAdmin

Go to https://ugyfeladmin.tarhely.eu and log in with your email address and password. If you forgot your password, use the 'Elfelejtett jelszó' (Forgotten password) link on the login page.

Navigate to My Services

From the main dashboard, click 'Szolgáltatások' (Services) in the top navigation menu, then select 'Szolgáltatásaim' (My Services) from the dropdown to see all your active hosting packages.

Select the Premium hosting service

Click on the name of the Premium hosting package you wish to cancel. This opens the service detail page showing your plan name, billing cycle, renewal date, and management options.

Click Lemondás (Cancellation)

In the left sidebar of the service detail page, click 'Lemondás' (Cancellation) or 'Szolgáltatás lemondása' (Cancel service). This opens the cancellation request form. If no sidebar link is visible, look for a three-dot menu (⋮) or 'Kezelés' (Manage) button in the upper-right area of the service page.

Choose cancellation timing

Select your preferred cancellation type: 'Azonnali' (Immediate — service is terminated right away and data is deleted) or 'Számlázási időszak vége' (End of billing period — service stays active until the current paid period expires). 'End of billing period' is strongly recommended to avoid losing any remaining prepaid time.

Enter a cancellation reason

Optionally fill in the text field with your reason for cancelling. This is not required but may prompt a retention offer from Tarhely.eu support.

Confirm the cancellation

Click 'Lemondás megerősítése' (Confirm cancellation) to submit the request. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the cancellation. Keep this for your records.

Back up your data before termination

Before your service terminates, download all website files via cPanel File Manager or FTP, export databases via phpMyAdmin, and download any email backups. After termination, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
