Log in to the Control Portal
Go to control.stackpath.com and sign in with your StackPath account credentials.
Cancel individual services via Billing
Click your username/user icon in the top-right corner of the portal, then select 'Billing' from the dropdown menu.
Locate your subscription
In the Billing page, scroll to the 'Subscriptions' section and find the subscription you want to cancel.
Open subscription actions
Click the 3-dot ellipsis icon to the right of the subscription row.
Click 'Cancel Subscription'
Select 'Cancel Subscription' from the dropdown options that appear.
Cancel your Stacks (optional)
To stop all service charges, also navigate to 'My Stacks', locate each stack, click the ellipsis under 'Action', select 'Cancel Stack', review the warning, then click 'Proceed with Stack Cancelation'.
Request full account deletion via chat
If you want your account permanently deleted (not just services canceled), contact StackPath's 24/7 support team via the live chat widget in the portal and request account deletion.
