Sign in to Alibaba.com

Go to alibaba.com and sign in with your registered email address and password.

Open My Alibaba

Click the profile icon or your username in the top-right corner of the page, then select 'My Alibaba' from the dropdown menu.

Go to My Account

From the top-right area of the My Alibaba dashboard, click 'My Account' and then click it again in the submenu that appears.

Open Member Profile

Under the 'Personal Information' section, click the 'Member Profile' button.

Click Deactivate Account

In the Edit Member Profile page, locate and click the 'Deactivate Account' button on the far-right side of the screen.

Fill out the deactivation form

Read the on-screen instructions carefully. Fill in the required fields, including your personal information and your reason for deactivating. Note: Any unpaid bills or open disputes must be resolved before you can proceed.

Submit the request

Click the 'Deactivate my Account' button at the bottom of the form.

Confirm deactivation

A confirmation popup will appear. Click 'OK' to finalize the account deactivation. You will receive a notification confirming your account has been deactivated.
