Yes — you retain full access until your contract Term ends. After termination or expiry, Rival deactivates the account immediately with no grace period, so export all data beforehand.

Will I get a refund if I cancel mid-contract?

Generally no. Under the Rival Terms and Conditions, fees are non-refundable for client-initiated cancellations. A pro-rata refund of prepaid fees is only available if Rival materially breaches the agreement or fails to restore a documented functionality defect within an agreed timeline.

How do I reactivate my Entelo account after cancelling?

Contact the Rival sales team at https://rival-hr.com/why-choose-rival/ or call 866-803-9663 to negotiate a new contract. Reactivation is not self-service and requires a new signed Order Form.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

Rival will delete all client data within 90 days of account termination. To request deletion sooner under GDPR or CCPA rights, email privacy@rival-hr.com or privacy@entelo.com — they must respond within 30 days.

Is Entelo still a standalone product?

No. Entelo was acquired and is now branded as Rival Recruit under Rival (formerly SilkRoad Technology). The entelo.com domain redirects to https://rival-hr.com/entelo-recruit/. Support and billing are now handled by Rival.

How much notice do I need to give before my renewal date?

The required notice period is specified in your individual Order Form — typically 30 to 90 days before the renewal date. Check your contract carefully, as missing this window will trigger an automatic annual renewal at the contracted rate.

Review your Order Form

Locate your signed Order Form to find your contract's Initial Term, auto-renewal date, and required cancellation notice period (typically 30–90 days before renewal). Entelo/Rival operates on annual enterprise contracts with no self-service cancel option.

Export your data before cancelling

Log in at https://app.entelo.com/users/login and export all candidate data, saved searches, and reports using the built-in reporting tools or Rival open API. After termination, account access is revoked immediately and data is deleted within 90 days.

Send written cancellation notice to your Account Manager

Email your assigned Customer Success Manager or Account Manager stating your intent not to renew. If you don't have a direct contact, email support@silkroad.com or use the support portal at https://engagementcenter.silkroad.com. Written notice is required per Section 9.1 of the Rival Terms and Conditions.

Confirm cancellation and get written acknowledgement

Request written confirmation that your account has been flagged for non-renewal and that no auto-renewal charge will occur. You can also call US Toll Free 866-803-9663 or +1-904-438-2557 to follow up. Document all communications in case of billing disputes.
