Is there a subscription fee for Feast (feast.dev)?

No. Feast is a 100% open-source, Apache 2.0-licensed feature store. You install it via 'pip install feast' and run it on your own infrastructure at no cost. There is nothing to cancel — simply stop using it or run 'pip uninstall feast'.

Confirm your subscription type

Feast (feast.dev) itself is 100% open-source and free — there is no subscription to cancel. If you have a paid plan, it is through Tecton (now part of Databricks after a 2025 acquisition). Check your invoices or contracts to confirm whether your billing is via Tecton directly, Databricks, or AWS Marketplace.

Locate your contract or account representative

Tecton operated as an enterprise B2B product with annual contracts. There is no self-serve cancellation button. Find your Tecton or Databricks account executive contact from your original sales emails or contract documents.

Submit a cancellation request to Databricks support
