No. Cancelling stops the auto-renewal, but your current plan remains active until the end of your paid billing period. You keep your number and service until then.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Lycamobile generally does not issue refunds for unused plan credit or remaining balance. Each case is reviewed individually and refunds are not guaranteed. If you were charged in error, contact customer support at cs@lycamobile.us or call 322 from your Lycamobile number.

Can I reactivate my Lycamobile plan after cancelling?

Yes. You can reactivate by logging back into your account and purchasing a new plan, or by recharging your number. Your number may be recycled if the SIM is inactive for an extended period (typically 90–180 days with no use).

What happens to my phone number when I cancel?

Your number stays active until your plan expires. After that, if you do not top up or renew within the grace period, Lycamobile may reclaim and reassign the number. Port your number to a new carrier before your plan ends if you want to keep it.

Does Lycamobile charge an early termination fee?

For prepaid (PAYG) plans, there are no early termination fees — you simply stop renewing. Post-pay (pay monthly) customers in some markets may be subject to an Early Termination Charge if cancelling within the minimum contract period; check your specific plan terms.

Go to My Lyca Mobile account portal

Navigate to https://mylyca.lycamobile.us/en/login/ in your browser. This is the official Lycamobile account management portal for the US.

Log in with your credentials

Enter your Lycamobile phone number and password, then click the 'Login' button. If you forgot your password, use the 'Forgot Password' link to reset it via SMS or email.

Navigate to the Overview section

After logging in, you will land on your account dashboard. Click on 'Overview' in the main navigation or account summary area to see your active plan details.

Expand Bundle Details

Locate the 'Bundle Details' section on the Overview page and click it to expand it. This shows your current active plan and renewal settings.

Click 'Cancel Renewal'

Inside Bundle Details, find and click the 'Cancel Renewal' button to initiate cancellation of your auto-renewing plan.

Confirm the cancellation

A confirmation prompt will appear asking you to verify your decision. Click 'Confirm' or 'Yes, Cancel' to finalize. You will receive a confirmation message or SMS that auto-renewal has been disabled.

Alternative: Cancel via USSD code

If the web portal is not working, dial *190# from your Lycamobile number. When prompted, press '1' to cancel auto-renewal. Do this at least 24 hours before your plan's renewal date.
