Will I still have access to Alation after cancellation?

No. On the effective termination date, Alation disables all access immediately. All licenses terminate automatically and you will have no further rights to the platform or its data.

Can I get a refund on prepaid fees after cancelling?

Review your contract terms

Locate your Order Form and Master Software License and Services Agreement (MSA). Check the subscription term end date and any required notice period before initiating cancellation. Alation contracts are negotiated per-organization and may have specific termination clauses.

Contact your Alation Account Manager

Submit written termination notice
