Can I cancel Chorus by ZoomInfo mid-contract?

Generally no. Chorus by ZoomInfo is sold as an annual enterprise contract that is non-cancellable mid-term. You can only cancel (i.e., choose not to renew) by providing written notice at least 60 days before your contract end date. If ZoomInfo commits a material breach they fail to cure, you may have grounds to terminate early, but this typically requires legal escalation.

Will I get a refund if I cancel?

No. ZoomInfo does not offer pro-rata refunds for voluntary non-renewal. Payments already made under your contract are non-refundable. A refund is only possible if you terminate due to an uncured material breach by ZoomInfo, in which case they are contractually obligated to refund pre-paid fees for the remaining unused period.

How long do I have access after cancellation?

Your access continues through the end of your current contract term — you will not be cut off early. Once the contract end date passes and ZoomInfo has confirmed your non-renewal, your Chorus account (call recordings, transcripts, dashboards) will be deactivated. Can I reactivate my Chorus account after cancelling?

Yes, you can re-subscribe by contacting ZoomInfo sales. However, you will likely need to negotiate a new contract at current pricing, which may be higher than your original rate. Your historical call recordings and data from the previous subscription may or may not be recoverable — confirm data retention terms with your account manager before cancelling.

What happens if I miss the 60-day cancellation notice window?

Your contract will automatically renew for another full annual term and you will be billed for it. ZoomInfo enforces this strictly.
