No. Panopto has no self-service cancellation portal. All cancellations must go through your assigned Account Manager or the Customer Success team (customersuccess@panopto.com). There is no 'Cancel Subscription' button in the Panopto interface.

Will I still have access to my videos after cancellation?

Review your contract terms

Export all video content

Before initiating cancellation, download all videos as MP4 files. In Panopto, open each video, click the settings gear icon, then select 'Download' > 'Video File (MP4)'. Panopto's Terms of Service state content may be deleted from live databases upon termination.
