Log in to your Waves account
Go to waves.com and click 'Log In' in the top-right corner. Enter your Waves account email and password.
Open My Account
Once logged in, click your account name or the 'My Account' link in the top-right corner of the page to access your account dashboard.
Go to the Subscription tab
In your account dashboard, locate and click the 'Subscription' tab (or 'Subscriptions' section) in the account settings navigation.
Find your Creative Access plan and click View
Find your active Waves Creative Access subscription in the list. Click the 'View' button next to it to open the full subscription details.
Click Cancel Subscription
On the subscription detail page, click the 'Cancel Subscription' button. If you cannot find this button, contact the Waves Sales Department via waves.com/contact-sales, as some users report the self-service cancel option is not visible in the portal.
Confirm the cancellation
A confirmation prompt will appear asking you to confirm. Click 'Yes' (or 'Confirm') to finalize the cancellation. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
