Open the Freetrade App
Open the Freetrade app on your mobile device and log in.
Go to Account
Tap your profile icon or 'Account' in the bottom navigation bar.
Open Subscription Settings
Tap 'Subscription' or 'Freetrade Plus' to view your current plan.
Downgrade to Standard
Select 'Downgrade to Standard' or 'Cancel Plus'. Review the warning that your ISA wrapper investments will move to a General Investment Account (GIA) if you're using an ISA.
Confirm Downgrade
Confirm the downgrade. Your Plus subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which you'll be on the free Standard plan.

Before downgrading from Freetrade Plus, consider what you'd be giving up: a Stocks & Shares ISA (which shelters your gains from tax), access to 6,000+ global stocks, and priority customer support. If you hold investments in an ISA, downgrading moves them to a GIA and you'll lose your tax-free status. It might be worth keeping Plus for the ISA benefit alone.
