Visit channel5.com and sign in with your My5 account credentials.
Go to Account Settings
Click your profile icon and select 'Account Settings' or 'My Account' from the menu.
Find Premium subscription
Navigate to the 'Subscription' or 'Premium' section of your account settings.
Cancel My5 Premium
Click 'Cancel Premium' or 'Cancel Subscription' and provide a reason if asked.
Confirm your cancellation
Confirm the cancellation. You'll revert to the free, ad-supported My5 tier at the end of your billing period. A confirmation email will be sent.
