Will I still have access to Muslim Pro Premium after cancelling?

Yes. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for. After that, the account reverts to the free version.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Refunds are handled by the platform you subscribed through. For iOS, request via Apple's Report a Problem page. For Android, request via Google Play within 48 hours. For web subscriptions, contact help@muslimpro.com. Muslim Pro itself does not process refunds directly.

How do I reactivate my Muslim Pro Premium subscription?

Resubscribe anytime through the same platform (App Store, Google Play, or Qalbox website). Go to the subscription management section and choose a new plan.

Will deleting the app cancel my subscription?

No. Deleting the Muslim Pro app does NOT cancel your subscription. You must cancel explicitly through the App Store, Google Play, or Qalbox website, otherwise you will continue to be charged.

Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?

Yes, for Qalbox web subscriptions there is a pause option available via the Stripe billing portal under 'Manage Subscription'. App Store and Google Play subscriptions do not support pausing.

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

You must cancel your active subscription before deleting your account. Account deletion can be done from the Profile page in the Muslim Pro app. Contact help@muslimpro.com for data deletion requests.

Identify your subscription platform

Determine where you originally subscribed: iOS App Store, Google Play Store, or Qalbox website. You must cancel through the same platform you used to subscribe — cancellation cannot be done cross-platform.

iOS: Open Apple Subscriptions

On iPhone/iPad, go to Settings → tap your name at the top (Apple ID) → tap 'Subscriptions'. Alternatively, open the App Store → tap your profile icon (top right) → tap 'Subscriptions'.

iOS: Cancel Muslim Pro

Scroll to find 'Muslim Pro' in your active subscriptions list. Tap it, then tap 'Cancel Subscription' at the bottom. Tap 'Confirm' in the confirmation dialog.

Android: Open Google Play Subscriptions

Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile icon (top right) → tap 'Payments & subscriptions' → tap 'Subscriptions'. Find 'Muslim Pro – Prayer Times Quran' and tap it.

Android: Cancel Muslim Pro

Tap 'Cancel subscription', select a cancellation reason from the list, then tap 'Continue'. Tap 'Cancel subscription' again to confirm.

Web (Qalbox): Access My Account

If you subscribed on the web, go to qalbox.com and log in. Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner, then click 'My account'.

Web (Qalbox): Manage Subscription via Stripe

Click 'Manage Subscription'. You will be redirected to the Stripe billing portal. Click 'Cancel plan' and follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.
