Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain full access for the remainder of the paid period.

Are payments refundable after cancellation?

No. LambdaTest's Terms of Service state that all fees and payments are non-refundable, including taxes and service fees.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. After cancellation, a 'Resume your subscription' option is available on the Billing page to reactivate your previous plan.

What happens to my data after I cancel?

Test logs are retained for 30 days, screenshots and uploaded apps for 60 days, and HyperExecute logs for 60 days. Session VM data is wiped automatically after each session regardless of subscription status.

Is there a free tier I can downgrade to instead of cancelling?

Yes. The Freemium plan is free forever and includes 1 parallel test and limited live interactive testing time renewed monthly. You can downgrade to it instead of fully cancelling.

Can I cancel just one product without cancelling my entire account?

Yes. Go to profile avatar → 'Upgrade' → 'View Subscription' → 'Go to Subscriptions & Billings' → 'Edit', then click the 'x' icon next to the specific plan you want to remove.

Log in to your account

Go to accounts.lambdatest.com and log in with your credentials.

Open Billing settings

Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard, then select 'Billing' from the dropdown menu.

Locate Cancel Subscription

Scroll down the Billing page until you see the 'CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION' button.

Select a cancellation reason

A reason-selection prompt appears. Choose a reason from the provided list (radio/dropdown options).

Optionally add a description

You may type an explanation in the free-text description box (optional).

Confirm cancellation

Click 'Complete Cancellation' to finalize. A confirmation message will appear with a 'Resume your subscription' link if you change your mind.
