From the Dashboard, navigate to Account details (the account/settings section in the top navigation or sidebar).

Find Subscription Details

Scroll to locate the 'Subscription details' section within your account settings.

Click 'Cancel subscription'

Click the 'Cancel subscription' button within the Subscription details section.

Complete optional feedback form

ZenHub presents an optional feedback form asking why you're cancelling. This is not mandatory — you can skip it and proceed.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm the cancellation. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which the workspace downgrades to the free tier.
