Can I still use MindNode after cancelling my subscription?

Yes. After cancellation you retain access to MindNode Plus features until the end of your paid billing period. Once it expires, the app reverts to the free tier — you can still view and export all your mind maps and use core editing features.

Will I get a refund when I cancel?

MindNode subscriptions are billed and managed entirely by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple evaluates refunds case-by-case; MindNode itself does not process refunds directly.

Can I reactivate my MindNode Plus subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time from within the MindNode app or via apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Your existing mind maps and data are preserved.

Will I lose my mind maps if I cancel?

No. Your mind maps are stored in iCloud and remain accessible. After the subscription expires you can still view and export all files; only the Plus-only features (outlining, collaboration, focus mode, etc.) become locked.

What if I subscribed during a free trial — will I be charged?

If you cancel before the 14-day free trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, the subscription auto-renews and Apple charges your stored payment method.

How do I delete my MindNode account and data?

Cancelling the subscription does not delete your account or data. To request full account deletion, contact MindNode support at support@mindnode.com. Data stored in iCloud can also be deleted directly from your iCloud settings.

Open subscription management

On iPhone/iPad: Open the Settings app and tap your name at the top. On Mac: Open the App Store app and click your name in the bottom-left corner, then click 'Account Settings'.

Go to Subscriptions

On iPhone/iPad: Tap 'Subscriptions'. On Mac: Scroll to the Subscriptions row and click 'Manage'. Alternatively, go directly to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions in a browser and sign in with your Apple ID.

Find MindNode Plus

Locate 'MindNode – Mind Map & Outline' in your list of active subscriptions and tap or click on it.

Tap Cancel Subscription

Scroll down to find the 'Cancel Subscription' button (red text on iOS, a button on Mac) and tap or click it. If you don't see this button, the subscription may already be cancelled.

Confirm cancellation

A confirmation dialog will appear. Tap 'Confirm' to finalise the cancellation. You will retain access to MindNode Plus features until the end of your current billing period.
