Can I still use Be.Live after I cancel?

Yes. Your paid plan remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account is automatically downgraded to the free plan — it is not deleted.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Be.Live offers a 14-day cooling-off period refund, but only if you have not logged in or used the service after purchase. After this period, cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle with no refund. Annual subscribers are not entitled to a refund after the 14-day window.

Will my account be deleted when I cancel?

No. Canceling your subscription downgrades your account to the free plan. Your recordings and data remain associated with your original account.

Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

Yes. You can upgrade back to a paid plan at any time from the Be.Live pricing page at be.live/packages.

Can I transfer my subscription to someone else?

Yes. Be.Live allows you to transfer a paid subscription to another Be.Live account. However, only the subscription transfers — recordings remain in the original account.

What if I subscribed via PayPal?

If you pay via PayPal, you can also cancel the recurring billing agreement directly through your PayPal account under 'Payments > Manage Automatic Payments', in addition to contacting Be.Live support.

Log in to Be.Live

Go to be.live and click 'Log In' in the top-right corner. Sign in with your account credentials.

Open the chat support widget

Once logged in, look for the chat bubble icon (usually in the bottom-right corner of the page) and click it to open the Be.Live support chat.

Request subscription cancellation

In the chat, clearly state that you want to cancel your paid subscription. Provide your account email address so the agent can locate your account.

If chat is unavailable, send a cancellation request to team@be.live from the email address associated with your Be.Live account. Include your account email and subscription plan in the message.

Wait for confirmation email

After your request is processed, Be.Live will send a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation, follow up with the support team to verify your cancellation status.
