Will I lose access immediately after canceling?

No. You retain access to all paid plan features until your next payment due date, after which your account is moved to the free plan.

What happens to my credits if I cancel?

On a monthly plan, you can use excess credits until your current billing cycle ends, then your balance is reduced to the free plan's rollover limit. On an annual plan, you retain all pre-paid credits until the contract period ends.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Clay's terms do not mention automatic refunds. For refund requests, contact support@clay.run directly, especially if you are on an annual plan and cancel early.

Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

Yes. You can reactivate by returning to Settings > Plans and Billing and selecting a new plan at any time.

Will my data and tables be deleted when I cancel?

No. Your account, workspace, and all tables remain intact after cancellation. You are simply moved to the free plan tier.

Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?

Clay does not offer a standard pause feature for paid plans. You can downgrade to the free plan or contact support at support@clay.run to discuss options for deactivating your account temporarily.

Log in to Clay

Go to app.clay.com and sign in to your account.

Open Settings

Click on your account/profile icon or navigate to the Settings menu in the left sidebar or top navigation.

Go to Plans and Billing

Inside Settings, click on 'Plans and Billing' to open your subscription management page.

Click 'Cancel Plan'

On the Plans and Billing page, locate and click the 'Cancel Plan' button.

Confirm cancellation

Follow the on-screen confirmation prompt to finalize your cancellation. Alternatively, if you cannot find the in-app option, email support@clay.run requesting cancellation.
