Locate your policy documents

Find your AXA Pet Insurance policy number in your policy documents or confirmation email. You will need this for any cancellation method.

Log in to your AXA online account

Go to axa.co.uk and click 'Log in' in the top navigation. Enter your email and password to access your online account dashboard.

Navigate to your Pet Insurance policy

From the 'My Policies' dashboard, locate your pet insurance policy and click on it to open the policy management screen.

Select 'Cancel Policy'

Within the policy detail page, look for the 'Cancel Policy' or 'Manage Policy' option. Confirm your personal details are correct, then select the date you want the policy to end.

Review cancellation summary

Confirm cancellation

Click 'Confirm Cancellation' to finalise. You will have a final opportunity to click 'Undo Cancellation' on this screen if you change your mind. A confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
