Does Notion Calendar (formerly Cron) have a paid subscription?

No. Notion Calendar is completely free as a standalone app. It has no subscription or paid tier of its own. If you are paying for a Notion workspace plan (Plus at $10/month or Business at $18/month), that is a separate Notion subscription—cancel it via Notion Settings → Billing → Change plan → Free.

Will deleting Notion Calendar also delete my Notion workspace?

No. Deleting your Notion Calendar account and deleting your Notion workspace account are two separate actions. However, they share a linked login session, so losing access to one may affect access to the other. Export your Notion content first via Settings → Export Content.

What happens to my Google Calendar or other connected calendar data?

Disconnecting or deleting your Notion Calendar account removes the sync from the app only. Your events remain intact in Google Calendar or whichever service you connected—Notion Calendar never deletes data from external calendar providers.

For monthly plans, refunds are available within 3 days of the invoice date (you must downgrade first, then contact support@notion.com). For annual plans, refunds are available within 30 days. Can I reactivate my Notion Calendar account after deleting it?

Open Notion Calendar on desktop

Launch the Notion Calendar desktop app or open calendar.notion.so in a browser. Mobile apps cannot manage account deletion or plan changes.

Open Settings

Click your profile picture or avatar in the top-right corner of the app, then select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Go to the Profile tab

In the Settings panel, click on the 'Profile' tab in the left sidebar.

Scroll to account deletion

Scroll down to the bottom of the Profile tab to find the 'Delete Notion Calendar account' option.

Confirm account deletion

Click 'Delete Notion Calendar account' and confirm the action in the confirmation dialog. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
