Go to app.hubspot.com and sign in to your account.
Go to Account & Billing
Click the gear icon, then 'Account & Billing'.
Navigate to Subscription
Click 'Subscription' or 'Products & Add-ons'.
Click Cancel Subscription
Click 'Cancel subscription' next to your Starter plan.
Complete the cancellation process
Follow the multi-step cancellation flow, selecting reasons and declining offers.
Confirm cancellation
Confirm the cancellation. Your account downgrades to the Free CRM tools.
