Log in to your account

Go to https://app.integrately.com/login and sign in with your credentials.

Open account/billing settings

Click your profile icon or account name in the top-right corner of the dashboard to open account settings.

Navigate to Billing or My Plan

Look for a 'Billing' or 'My Plan' section in the account menu and click on it to see your current subscription details.

Downgrade to Free plan

Select the option to change or downgrade your plan and choose the Free tier. This is the primary self-serve cancellation path — it stops future charges while keeping your account active.

Confirm the downgrade

Confirm the plan change. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing cycle, after which you revert to the Free tier limits (100 tasks/month, 5 automations).

Request full account deletion via support (optional)

If you want your account and data fully deleted rather than downgraded, contact support via live chat (available 24/5 on all plans including Free) or email support@integrately.com. Request explicit account closure and data deletion.
