Will I lose access immediately after canceling?

No. After disabling auto-renewal, your team retains full Business access until the current paid license period expires. No features are cut off early.

Can I get a refund on a RoboForm Business subscription?

No. RoboForm Business licenses are explicitly non-refundable per their Terms of Use. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to individual personal plans, not Business plans.

What happens to our data after the subscription expires?

RoboForm retains the right to delete all account data from their servers if the account remains unpaid for more than 30 days after expiry. Export your vault before that grace period ends.

Can I reactivate the subscription after canceling?

Yes. You can re-enable auto-renewal in the Admin Center before the current period ends, or purchase a new Business license at any time. There is no documented reactivation penalty.

What if I purchased RoboForm through PayPal?

If you originally paid via PayPal, you must also cancel the recurring payment in PayPal: go to Settings → Payments → Manage Automatic Payments, find RoboForm, and click Cancel.

Is there a free plan to fall back on after the Business subscription ends?

No. RoboForm Business has no free tier. Once the license expires, Business features (centralized management, policies, shared folders, SSO) become unavailable and the account becomes inactive.

Log in to the RoboForm Admin Center

Go to https://online.roboform.com and sign in using your Business administrator account credentials.

Open company settings

In the top-right corner of the Admin Center dashboard, click on your company name to open a dropdown menu, then select 'Settings'.

Navigate to License & Billing

In the left-hand sidebar of the Settings panel, click 'License & Billing' to open your subscription details.

Disable Auto Renewal

Locate the 'Auto Renewal Status' toggle. Click it to switch it to the OFF position (the toggle turns gray).

Confirm cancellation

A confirmation prompt will appear. Click the blue 'Turn Off' button to complete the cancellation. Auto-renewal is now disabled and your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period.
