No. Your account stays fully active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, the account moves to a limited free tier and is deleted 90 days after the cancellation date.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Simple Analytics does not offer refunds as a general policy. Amounts already paid are non-refundable. If you are on an annual plan, you remain liable for the full contracted amount even if you cancel early.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes, you can resubscribe through the same account settings page before your account is fully deleted (within the 90-day window). Historical analytics data may still be recoverable if you reactivate within approximately 60 days.

What happens to my analytics data when I cancel?

Your data is retained until 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted. If you want immediate deletion, use the separate 'Delete your account' button in account settings. Note: on the free tier after cancellation, only the last 30 days of data are visible.
