Yes. Once you confirm account closure, you and all team members immediately lose access to the CRM. Make sure to export your data before cancelling.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Less Annoying CRM bills month-to-month with no long-term contracts. There is no published refund policy for unused days in the current billing period, but because there are no annual contracts, you are never locked in to future charges.

What happens to my data after I cancel?

Your data is archived and retained for one calendar year after account closure. During that period you can reactivate your account and regain access. After one year, the data is permanently deleted. If you want immediate deletion, you can request it via the comment box on the Close account page.

Can I reactivate my account after cancelling?

Yes. If you cancel, your data is kept for one year and you can reactivate your account during that time. Contact Less Annoying CRM support to restore access if needed, for example to retrieve data you forgot to export.

Can a team member (non-owner) cancel the account?

No. Only the account owner has permission to close a Less Annoying CRM account from within the app. If you are not the owner, you must ask the account owner to perform the cancellation.

Is there a phone or email cancellation option?

Ensure you are the account owner

Only the account owner can cancel a Less Annoying CRM account. Log in with the account owner's credentials. Other users (non-owners) do not have permission to close the account and must contact the account owner to proceed.

Export your data

Before cancelling, export all your CRM data. Go to Settings, then use the export feature to download your contacts and records. Once the account is closed you will immediately lose access, so export first.

Open Settings

While logged in as the account owner, click on the 'Settings' menu in the main navigation.

Click 'Close account'

In the Settings page, look on the left side under the 'Company settings' section and click 'Close account'.

Optionally request immediate data deletion

On the Close account page, there is a comment box where you can request immediate data purging if you want your data deleted right away rather than after the default one-year retention period.

Confirm account closure

Click the confirmation button at the bottom of the Close account page to finalize the cancellation. Your account and all team members will immediately lose access to the CRM.
