Will I lose access to my courses immediately after canceling?

No. After canceling auto-renewal, your membership remains active until the end of the paid period. Access is only cut off once the membership fully expires.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Crehana offers a 100% refund only if you request it within 14 days of purchase and have 15% or less progress in any enrolled courses. If the membership auto-renewed and you did not cancel beforehand, refunds are not available.

How do I reactivate my membership after canceling?

You can reactivate at any time by going to crehana.com, navigating to Settings > Membresía, and purchasing a new plan. Previous course progress is typically retained.

What happens to my courses when the membership expires?

Once your membership expires, access to all enrolled courses is blocked. To regain access, you must renew or reactivate your membership.

Can I cancel via the mobile app?

If you subscribed through the iOS App Store, cancel via iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Crehana > Cancel Subscription. If subscribed via Google Play, cancel via Play Store > Subscriptions > Crehana > Cancel.

How do I delete my Crehana account entirely?

Account deletion is separate from membership cancellation. Contact Crehana support through their help center at ayuda.crehana.com to request full account and data deletion.

Log in to Crehana

Go to crehana.com and log in to your account with your email and password.

Open your profile menu

Click on your profile photo in the top-right corner of the screen to open the dropdown menu.

Go to Settings

Click on 'Configuración' (Settings) in the dropdown menu, or navigate directly to crehana.com/configuracion/cancel-membership/

Select Membership section

Inside Settings, click on the 'Membresía' (Membership) tab. You will see your current plan status and renewal date.

Cancel auto-renewal

Scroll to the bottom of the Membership section and click the cancellation option to stop the auto-renewal. Confirm when prompted.
