Do I still have access after cancelling?

Yes. Your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. You will then be downgraded to the free plan.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Notta's official policy states subscriptions are non-refundable. Unused time in the current billing period is not reimbursed. Exceptions apply only if Notta terminates the service itself.

Will my transcripts and data be deleted?

No, not immediately. Your data remains accessible after cancellation. Data is only permanently deleted if you separately delete your account. Download important transcripts before deleting your account.

Can I reactivate my subscription later?

Yes. Log back into your Notta account and resubscribe at any time. Your existing transcripts will still be available as long as you have not deleted your account.

What if I subscribed through the App Store or Google Play?

You must cancel through the platform you used to subscribe. For iOS, go to App Store > profile icon > Subscriptions > Notta > Cancel Subscription. For Android, go to Google Play > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Notta > Cancel subscription.

How do I cancel if I was billed through PayPal?

Log into PayPal, go to Settings > Payments > Manage Pre-approved Payments, find Notta in the seller list, and click Cancel.

Log in to Notta

Go to app.notta.ai and sign in to your account.

Open your profile menu

Click your profile image or avatar in the upper-right corner of the screen.

Go to Billing

Select 'Billing' from the dropdown menu. Alternatively, go to 'Workspace Settings' and then click 'Billing'.

Click 'Cancel subscription'

Scroll to the bottom of the Billing page and click the 'Cancel subscription' button.

Confirm cancellation

A dialog box appears asking 'Cancel your subscription?' — click 'Cancel subscription' again to confirm.

Submit optional feedback

You may be asked why you are leaving. This step is optional — you can skip it or fill it in and proceed.

Save confirmation

Screenshot the confirmation screen and save the confirmation email. Notta does not always send reminders, so keep proof of cancellation.
