What happens to my forms after I cancel?

If you downgrade to the Free plan, your forms will be taken offline and can no longer be published or shared publicly. You can still access and edit them but not deploy them. Downgrading to the Basic plan keeps forms live but removes Pro features like conditional logic, file uploads, and webhooks.

Will I lose my responses when I cancel?

No. All plans include unlimited responses, so your collected response data is not lost when you downgrade or cancel.

Is there a refund policy?

Reform does not publicly document a refund policy. For refund requests, contact their support team at [email protected].

Can I reactivate my account after cancelling?

Cancelling your paid plan simply downgrades you to the Free plan — you can resubscribe at any time. However, if you request full account deletion (via email to [email protected]), the deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; you would need to create a new account.

How do I cancel before my free trial ends?

Use the same cancellation flow: Team settings > Billing > "Cancel plan". You must cancel before the 14-day Pro Trial ends to avoid being automatically charged for the Pro Plan.

Who can cancel the subscription?

Only the team owner has access to the Billing section and can cancel the plan. Regular team members cannot access billing settings.

Log in to your dashboard

Go to https://dashboard.reform.app and sign in to your account.

Open team menu

In the bottom-left corner of the dashboard, click your team name to open the team menu.

Go to Team Settings

Select "Team settings" from the dropdown menu that appears.

Open Billing

In the left sidebar of Team Settings, click "Billing". Note: only the team owner can access this section.

Cancel your plan

On the Billing page, click the "Cancel plan" link located beneath the "Update plan" button in the top-right area of the page.

Confirm cancellation

Follow any on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation. Your plan will be cancelled and you will be downgraded at the end of the current billing period.
