Can I keep my phone number when I cancel Telenor?

Yes. If switching to another Norwegian carrier, your new provider will handle the number porting (nummerportabilitet) and notify Telenor on your behalf. Log in to Mine Sider (My Pages)

Go to telenor.no and click 'Logg inn' (Log in) in the top-right corner. Sign in with BankID, BankID on mobile, or your Telenor username and password.

Return leased equipment (if applicable)
