Can I still use Useberry after cancelling?

Yes. After clicking 'Cancel my Plan', your subscription remains fully active until the end of the current billing period. After that, the account enters 'Freezing Status' where you cannot access stored data or use the platform until you subscribe again.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Subscription fees are non-refundable in whole or in part. The only exception is unused purchased credits (for tester recruitment via Prolific), which may be refunded within 1 month of account deletion.

How do I reactivate my account after cancelling?

You can reactivate at any time during the 2-year freezing period by purchasing a new subscription plan. All previously stored data and remaining credits will be restored.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

Your account enters Freezing Status and data is preserved for up to 2 years. After that, Useberry may permanently delete the account and all associated data. Download your data before requesting full account deletion.

How do I cancel immediately instead of at the end of the billing period?

For immediate termination, send an email to contact@useberry.com requesting immediate cancellation. The standard 'Cancel my Plan' button only cancels auto-renewal and keeps the plan active until the period ends.

Can I downgrade to a free plan instead of cancelling?

No. Useberry does not allow reverting from a paid plan to the Free plan. If you downgrade to a lower paid tier, the credit difference is kept as account credit — not refunded.
