Can I get a refund after cancelling?

If an order has already been charged and dispatched, refunds are not automatically issued — you would need to return the items under YuMOVE's returns policy. Cancellation only prevents future charges; it does not refund the current cycle. However, in exceptional circumstances (e.g. a pet passing away), customer service has been known to issue compassionate refunds.

How far in advance do I need to cancel?

You must cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date. If you cancel after this window, the next order will still be processed and charged.

Can I pause or skip instead of cancelling?

Yes. From the same 'Manage' → 'Edit' flow in your account, you can choose 'Skip' to skip a single upcoming order rather than cancelling the entire subscription. The same 24-hour pre-renewal deadline applies.

How do I cancel if the online portal isn't working?

You can cancel by phone on 01462 416866 (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–4:30pm), by email at hello@yumove.com, or via the contact form at https://yumove.co.uk/pages/contact. Allow at least 24 hours before your renewal date when using these channels.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can restart a subscription at any time by logging back in to your account and setting up a new subscription, or by contacting YuMOVE customer support.

Is there a cancellation fee or minimum commitment?

No. YuMOVE subscriptions are cancel-anytime with no cancellation fee and no minimum contract. YuMOVE explicitly states on their website that you do not need to pay any third party to cancel on your behalf.

Find the subscription you want to cancel and click the 'Manage' button next to it.

Click Edit on the product

Within the subscription management view, click 'Edit' on the specific product/item you wish to cancel.

Select Cancel Subscription

Click 'Cancel Subscription' and confirm the cancellation when prompted. You must do this at least 24 hours before your next renewal date — cancellation is not possible once an order has already been charged and dispatched.
