Do I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation only stops auto-renewal.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Annual plans are eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase. Monthly plans may be eligible for a prorated refund depending on your jurisdiction. After 14 days on an annual plan, no refund is issued.

What happens to my polls and booking pages after my subscription expires?

Your account converts to a free Doodle account. Existing polls remain accessible but are deleted 30 days after their last date or last access. Only your oldest booking page stays active; additional booking pages are deactivated.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. Go to Account Settings → Subscription and click "Auto-renew subscription" to re-enable billing at any time.

What if I subscribed through Apple or Google?

If you subscribed via the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel through that platform directly — not through Doodle's website.

Does deleting my Doodle account also cancel the subscription?

Yes. Deleting your account cancels the subscription and permanently removes all your data. Account deletion requires email verification and the confirmation link expires after 24 hours.

Log in to Doodle

Go to doodle.com and log in to your account.

Open the dropdown menu

Click the dropdown menu in the top-right corner of your Dashboard.

Go to Account Settings

Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.

Open Subscription settings

Click "Subscription" in the left-hand settings menu. You can also navigate directly to doodle.com/settings/subscription.

Click Cancel subscription

Click the "Cancel subscription" button on the Subscription page.

Confirm cancellation

A confirmation popup appears — click "Cancel subscription" again to confirm. Your subscription will not auto-renew and you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
