Will I lose access to my forms immediately after canceling?

No. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. On the next billing date your account automatically downgrades to the free Starter plan.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Yes. Jotform offers a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of your most recent payment. After 30 days, refunds are not provided. Contact Jotform support to request the refund; processing takes up to 10 business days.

What happens to my forms and data when I downgrade to the free plan?

Your forms and submissions are retained, but free-plan limits apply (e.g., 5 forms, 100 monthly submissions, 100 MB storage). Forms or submissions that exceed free-plan limits will be disabled or inaccessible until you upgrade again or reduce your usage.

Can I reactivate a paid plan after downgrading?

Yes. You can upgrade back to any paid plan at any time from the same Billing page at https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing.

Do I need to cancel on the website or can I use the mobile app?

Cancellation must be done via the desktop website. The Jotform mobile app does not support plan changes or subscription cancellation.

What if my subscription auto-renewed and I didn't intend it to?

Contact Jotform support immediately. If the auto-renewal charge occurred within the last 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund under their 30-day refund policy.

Log in to Jotform

Go to jotform.com and sign in to your account.

Open Account Settings

Hover over your avatar/profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard, then click 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.

Go to the Billing tab

In the Account Settings page, click the 'Billing' tab. Alternatively, navigate directly to https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing.

Click 'Change Plan'

In the 'Current Plan' (or 'My Plan') section, click the 'Change Plan' button next to your active Bronze, Silver, or Gold plan.

Select the Starter (Free) plan

From the list of available plans, locate and select the 'Starter (Free)' plan.

Confirm the downgrade

Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the downgrade. Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period; no further charges will occur after that.
