Will I get a refund after cancelling?

No. Nifty does not issue refunds for any previously charged fees. You retain access until the end of your current billing period but will not be billed again.

Can I still access my data after cancelling?

Access is lost immediately upon cancellation. All workspace data is permanently deleted from backups within 30 days and cannot be recovered. Export your data before cancelling.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes, you can resubscribe at any time via niftypm.com/pricing. However, any previously deleted workspace data is not recoverable.

When does the cancellation take effect?

Cancellation takes effect immediately, but you retain access to your workspace until the end of your current paid billing period.

Is there a way to pause my subscription instead of cancelling?

No. Nifty does not offer a pause feature. You can cancel and resubscribe later with no penalty.

What if I want to permanently delete my account?

Go to Workspace Settings → Security Settings → Delete Workspace. You can also check a box to delete your user account, which removes you from marketing emails. This action is irreversible and deletes all data immediately.

Log in to your workspace

Go to app.niftypm.com and log in to your Nifty account.

Open workspace settings

Click your team/workspace name in the top-left corner, then click the settings gear icon next to your team name.

Go to Billing

In the settings panel, navigate to the 'Billing' tab.

Click the cancellation link

On the Billing Settings screen, find and click the cancellation link (described as a 'no-questions-asked cancellation link').

Confirm cancellation

Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation. A confirmation email will be sent upon success.
