Log in to Ghost Admin

Go to your Ghost site's admin panel (typically yoursite.ghost.io/ghost/) and log in with your owner account. Note: only the publication owner can cancel — admin or staff accounts do not have billing access.

Open the Ghost(Pro) menu

In the left sidebar of Ghost Admin, click on 'Ghost(Pro)' to expand the section.

Go to Billing

Click 'Billing' under the Ghost(Pro) section in the left sidebar to open your subscription and billing details.

Click 'Cancel account'

Scroll to the bottom-left of the Billing page and click the red 'Cancel account' link.

Confirm cancellation

Follow any confirmation prompts. You may be asked to provide a cancellation reason before the cancellation is finalized.
