Do I lose access to Cloudflare Stream immediately after cancelling?

No. Access continues through the end of your current billing period. After the subscription ends, your uploaded videos remain in your account for an additional 30-day grace period, during which you receive daily renewal reminder emails.

Can I get a refund after cancelling?

Cloudflare's billing policy states fees are non-refundable. However, Cloudflare may at its sole discretion provide a refund, discount, or credit on a case-by-case basis. You must contact billing support to request one.

What happens to my videos if I don't reactivate within 30 days?

After the 30-day grace period following subscription end, your entire video library is permanently purged from Cloudflare's servers. Download any videos you want to keep before the grace period expires.

Can I reverse a scheduled cancellation?

Yes. If the cancellation hasn't taken effect yet, go to Billing > Subscriptions and click 'Cancel Downgrade' next to the Stream subscription to restore it.

What if there is no Cancel button next to my Stream subscription?

Some accounts do not show a Cancel button due to account type or billing configuration. In this case, open a support ticket via the dashboard (Billing category) at https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support to request cancellation manually.

Does simply removing Cloudflare from my domain cancel the Stream subscription?

No. Changing your DNS or removing a domain from Cloudflare does not cancel paid subscriptions. You must manually cancel through the Billing > Subscriptions page in your dashboard.

Log into Cloudflare Dashboard

Go to https://dash.cloudflare.com and sign in to your Cloudflare account.

Open Billing Settings

Click your account name or profile icon in the top-right corner, then select 'Billing' from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Subscriptions

In the left-hand sidebar under Billing, click 'Subscriptions' to see all active subscriptions.

Locate Cloudflare Stream

Find 'Cloudflare Stream' in the Active Subscriptions table. If no Cancel button is visible, you must contact Cloudflare Support via the dashboard's Billing support ticket.

Click Cancel

Click the 'Cancel' button on the Cloudflare Stream subscription row.

Provide Cancellation Feedback

A feedback prompt appears asking why you are cancelling. Select all applicable reasons from the list.

Confirm Cancellation

Click 'Confirm' to finalize. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — cancel at least 24 hours before your billing date (all dates are UTC) to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
