Can I still use my plugins after I cancel?

Yes. Your plugin licenses remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that date the licenses expire and the plugins will stop working.

Can I cancel an annual plan early?

No. Annual plans (both Paid Upfront and Paid Monthly) cannot be terminated mid-term. You can only stop the renewal so the subscription does not continue into the next annual period once your current commitment ends.

Are refunds available after cancellation?

Slate Digital does not publicly advertise a self-service refund policy. For refund requests you must contact their support team directly at support-team@slatedigital.com or call (323) 656-2050.

Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?

Yes. You can re-subscribe at any time by logging back into your account at slatedigital.com/my-account/ and selecting a new plan. Your previous plugin settings are typically retained.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your account data is retained even after cancellation. Slate Digital does not automatically delete your account or user data when a subscription ends. Contact support if you wish to have your data removed.

Will I be charged again if I forget to cancel before renewal?

Once you click 'Stop Renewal' and confirm, no further charges will be made after the current period. If you were charged unexpectedly, contact support at support-team@slatedigital.com or (323) 656-2050 to dispute the charge.

Go to the Slate Digital account portal

Navigate to https://slatedigital.com/my-account/ and sign in with your email address and password. Alternatively, log in via https://app.completeaccess.audio/authenticate/sign-in if you use the Complete Access plan.

Open Billing & Subscriptions

Once logged in, click on 'Billing & Subscriptions' in your account dashboard to view your active subscription details.

Locate your active membership

Find your current active membership plan listed under your subscriptions. Confirm the plan type (Month-to-Month or Annual) as this affects when your access ends.

Click 'Stop Renewal'

Click the 'Stop Renewal' button displayed beneath your active membership. On some account views this appears as an Auto-Renewal toggle slider — slide it to the left (off position) to disable auto-renewal.

Confirm cancellation

A confirmation prompt will appear. Select your reason for cancelling when prompted, then click 'Stop auto-renewal' (or 'Confirm') to finalize. Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period.

Check for confirmation

You should receive an on-screen confirmation and/or email confirming that auto-renewal has been stopped. Your plugin licenses remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
