Log in to Botkeeper
Go to botkeeper.com and sign in to your account with your credentials.
Export your data first
Before cancelling, download all transaction histories, bank reconciliations, financial statements, and reports from within the platform. Botkeeper retains data for only 90 days after cancellation and is not responsible for backups.
Navigate to the Help Center
Click the Help or Support link in the platform to open the support ticket portal. There is no self-serve 'Cancel Subscription' button — cancellation must be requested via a support ticket or email.
Submit a cancellation ticket
In the ticket form, fill in your First Name, Last Name, Email, and Mobile Phone Number. From the category dropdown select 'Billing & Contract', then from the Billing Inquiry Type dropdown select 'Cancel Account'. Enter a subject and submit.
Alternatively, email human@botkeeper.com
Send a cancellation request directly to human@botkeeper.com stating your intent to cancel. Per the Terms of Service, written notice to this address is an accepted cancellation method.
Confirm cancellation notice timing
Ensure your cancellation notice is received at least 3 days before the start of your next Subscription Period to prevent auto-renewal. Your access continues through the end of the current paid period.
