Confirm eligibility to cancel
Log in to your Clutch Vendor Dashboard and check your renewal date. Both Sponsorship and Clutch Verified require a minimum 12-month commitment before cancellation is possible. Cancellation is not available during the initial 12-month term.
Locate your Account Manager contact
In the Vendor Dashboard, find the email address of your assigned Account Manager displayed in the top-right corner. This is the contact you must use to request cancellation of a Sponsorship plan.
Send a written cancellation request by email
Email your Account Manager directly to request cancellation. If you cannot reach them, email sponsorship@clutch.co. For Clutch Verified plans, contact support instead via the form at https://help.clutch.co/contact-us.
Submit at least 5 business days before renewal
Ensure your cancellation request is received at least five (5) business days before your renewal date. Missing this window will cause the subscription to auto-renew for another month with no refund.
Await confirmation from Clutch
Wait for a confirmation response from your Account Manager or Clutch support (typically 1–2 business days). Keep this confirmation for your records. If you do not receive a response, follow up to confirm cancellation was processed.
