Will I get a refund if I cancel my GoTo subscription early?

No. GoTo has a strict no-refund policy. Cancelling turns off auto-renewal, but you are not refunded for unused days or months. You retain access until the end of the current paid term.

Do I still have access to GoTo after cancelling?

Yes. Access continues until the end of your current billing period — the end of the month for monthly plans, or the end of the contracted period for annual plans. Cancellation only stops the subscription from renewing.

When is my data deleted after cancellation?

GoTo deletes account data 90 days after the plan term ends. This includes recordings, meeting data, and other files. Export anything you need before that window closes, as data cannot be recovered after deletion even if you reactivate.

Can I reactivate my GoTo subscription after cancelling?

Yes, you can resubscribe at any time. However, any data deleted after the 90-day post-cancellation window is permanently gone and cannot be restored.

What if I have an annual or long-term GoTo contract?

Annual and set-term contracts cannot always be cancelled online. You must contact GoTo support by phone at least 30 days before your renewal date to cancel. Missing this window means you will be automatically billed for the full next term with no refund.

What if I purchased my GoTo plan over the phone?

Phone-purchased subscriptions cannot be cancelled via the self-serve Admin portal. You must contact GoTo support directly at (833) 851-8340 or email ar-us@goto.com to process the cancellation.

Sign in to GoTo Admin portal

Go to https://admin.goto.com and sign in. You must be logged in as a Super Admin or Billing Admin on the account — standard users cannot cancel subscriptions.

Open Billing section

In the left navigation panel, click 'Billing'.

Go to Subscriptions

Under Billing, click 'Subscriptions' to see all active product subscriptions on your account.

Manage your subscription

Find the product subscription you want to cancel (e.g., GoTo Meeting, GoTo Connect, GoTo Webinar) and click 'Manage subscription' or 'View Details' next to it.

Click 'Cancel subscription'

On the subscription detail page, click 'Cancel subscription' — this appears at the far right of the page or under a 'More Options' button. Wait for the page to fully load before clicking.

Complete or skip the cancellation survey

A feedback survey appears. You may answer the questions or click 'Skip' to bypass it. GoTo may present a discount or retention offer at this stage — you can decline and proceed.

Confirm cancellation

Click 'Continue to cancellation' and confirm. Cancellation is confirmed on-screen and a confirmation email is sent to your account email address.
