Go to napster.com and sign in with your account email and password.
Open Account Settings
Click on your profile icon or name and select 'Account Settings' from the menu.
Go to Subscription
Navigate to the 'Subscription' or 'Billing' section within your account settings.
Cancel subscription
Click 'Cancel Subscription' and follow the prompts. Select a reason for cancellation when asked.
Confirm cancellation
Confirm your cancellation. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Downloaded music for offline listening will become unavailable after your subscription ends.
