Can I still use Unito after canceling my subscription?

After cancellation, your flows will stop syncing. You lose access to active sync features, but you may still be able to log in until the end of your current billing period.

Are Unito subscription fees refundable?

No. Unito's Terms of Service explicitly state that all fees are non-refundable. You will not receive a prorated refund for unused time.

What happens to my flows and data if I cancel?

If you fully close your workspace, your flows and settings will be deleted. If you choose to pause instead of cancel, your flows are preserved but you will be charged $12 at the next billing date to keep them for one year.

Can I reactivate my Unito account after canceling?

You can sign up again for a new account at any time. If you paused rather than fully closed your workspace, your flows remain intact and you can resume by updating your billing.

Who can cancel or close a Unito workspace?

Only the workspace owner can close a workspace, and the workspace must have all other members removed first. If you cannot complete closure yourself, contact Unito's customer success team for assistance.

What if I have trouble canceling or can't find the cancel option?

If you encounter issues or have a larger, more active workspace, Unito directs you to contact their support team directly at unito.io/contact. Support can close the workspace on your behalf.

Log in to Unito

Go to app.unito.io and sign in to your account with your credentials.

Open your account menu

Click on your avatar or profile icon in the top-right corner of the Unito dashboard homepage.

Go to Usage & Billing

Select 'Usage & Billing' from the dropdown menu that appears under your avatar.

Open the Overview tab

Click on the 'Overview' tab within the Usage & Billing section.

Remove other workspace members (if needed)

Before you can close a workspace, you must be the only member. If others are present, remove them first via workspace settings. Only the workspace owner can initiate closure.

Locate the cancel prompt

Scroll down on the Overview page until you see the prompt asking if you want to cancel your account or close your workspace.

Confirm cancellation

Click the cancel/close option and follow the on-screen confirmation steps to finalize the cancellation of your subscription.
