Will I still have access to products I already received after canceling?

Yes. Canceling stops future shipments and charges only. Any products already delivered are yours to keep.

Can I get a refund after canceling?

Canceling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. However, Adaptil offers a 60-day satisfaction guarantee in the US (contact product-support-us-group@ceva.com or 800-999-0297) and a 30-day guarantee in the UK. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Can I reactivate my subscription after canceling?

There is no direct reactivation option. You would need to start a new subscription on the Adaptil website. If you only need a temporary break, consider using the 'Pause' option (1–3 months) instead of canceling.

What if my order has already been processed?

Adaptil sends a reminder email 3 days before each recurring order is processed. You have a 48-hour window from that email to make changes. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Can I cancel via email instead of the website?

Click 'Manage your subscription'

Once logged in, click the 'Manage your subscription' option to view all active subscriptions linked to your account.

Select the subscription to cancel

Choose the specific Adaptil subscription you want to cancel from the list of active subscriptions shown.

Click 'Cancel subscription'

Scroll to the bottom of the subscription details page and click the 'Cancel subscription' button. You may be shown alternative options such as 'Pause' (1–3 months) or 'Skip' a delivery before proceeding.

Confirm the cancellation

Follow the confirmation prompts to finalize the cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.
