Log in to Evernote
Go to evernote.com and log in to your account using your email and password.
Open Account Settings
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to Plan and Billing
Click the 'Plan and billing' tab in the Settings page.
Click Manage Subscription
In the Billing section, click 'Manage Subscription'.
Initiate cancellation
Scroll down and click 'Cancel your Evernote subscription'.
Click Continue to Cancel
Click 'Continue to cancel' on the confirmation prompt. Note: if you select 'Too Expensive' in the next step, a 40% discount offer may appear — you can accept or decline it.
Complete the feedback survey
Select your cancellation reason from the list (e.g., 'Too Expensive', 'Not using it enough', etc.), then click 'Cancel Subscription' to confirm.
Verify cancellation
Check your email for a cancellation confirmation. You can also return to Billing Settings — if you see a 'Restore' button instead of a cancel option, your cancellation was successful.
