Will my website go offline immediately after I cancel?

No. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your site is automatically downgraded to the free plan and continues to work on a framer.app subdomain. Your custom domain will stop functioning.

Can I get a refund when I cancel?

Only if you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase (14 days for EU and Turkey residents). After that window, Framer does not issue refunds for unused time on an active subscription. To request a refund within the eligible window, contact Framer support through their contact page.

Will my site data and files be deleted after cancellation?

No. Your site files and content are preserved. The site is moved to the free plan on a framer.app subdomain. You can restore your custom domain by resubscribing at any time.

How do I cancel my Editor subscription?

You do not cancel the Editor plan directly. Once you cancel all site subscriptions within your workspace, the Editor subscription automatically ends at the close of the current billing cycle with no further charges.

What if the 'Cancel Plan' button is missing?

If the Cancel Plan option does not appear next to a site in the Plans tab, that site does not have an active paid subscription — there is nothing to cancel.

Can I reactivate my plan after cancelling?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time from the Plans tab in workspace settings. Your site content is preserved during the free plan period, and resubscribing will restore your custom domain.

Log in to Framer

Go to framer.com and sign in to your account with your email and password.

Open Workspace Settings

Click on your profile icon or workspace name in the top-left corner, then select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu to open your workspace settings.

Navigate to the Plans tab

Inside Settings, click on the 'Plans' tab to see all sites with active subscriptions in your workspace.

Open site options

Find the site whose plan you want to cancel. Click the three-dot icon (⋯) next to that site to open its options menu.

Select 'Cancel Plan'

From the dropdown menu, click 'Cancel Plan'. If this option is missing, the site has no active subscription.

Submit feedback and confirm

Framer will ask for a cancellation reason. Select your reason from the options provided, then click 'Confirm' to finalize the cancellation.

Cancel Editor subscription if needed

If you pay for an Editor plan, it will automatically cancel at the end of the billing cycle once all site subscriptions in the workspace are cancelled — no separate action is required.
