Can I cancel my LoadNinja subscription directly from the app?

No. Unlike some other SmartBear products, LoadNinja does not have a self-service 'Cancel Plan' button. The Billing tab in Settings only shows your current plan details and directs you to contact SmartBear Support to make any changes.

Will I still have access to LoadNinja after I cancel?

LoadNinja plans are purchased as hour-based bundles (each plan includes 25 hours) that expire after use or after 1 year from the date of purchase. After cancellation, you retain access until your remaining hours or the expiry date are consumed.

Does LoadNinja offer refunds?

LoadNinja's public documentation does not specify a refund policy. Contact SmartBear Support directly at support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=LoadNinja to inquire about a refund on unused hours or a recent charge.

Can I reactivate my LoadNinja subscription after canceling?

What happens to my test data if I cancel?

Is there a free tier I can downgrade to instead of canceling?

LoadNinja does not publicly offer a free tier. There is a free trial available for new accounts, but existing paid subscribers cannot downgrade to a free plan — only full cancellation is possible through Support.

Log in to LoadNinja

Go to app.loadninja.com and sign in with your credentials.

Open Account Settings

Click your account name or profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard to access the Settings menu.

Navigate to the Billing Tab

Inside Settings, click the 'Billing' tab. Here you can review your current plan, renewal date, and remaining usage hours.

Note your plan details

Take note of your current plan name and renewal date shown on the Billing tab. LoadNinja does not offer a self-service cancellation button — plan changes require contacting the SmartBear Support team.

Submit a cancellation request to Support

Confirm cancellation via email

Wait for SmartBear support to process your request and send a confirmation email. Response times are typically within 1 business day.
